Fitness In Cwmtawe School

This term we went for a visit in Cwmtawe .  We were there to take part in a skills day which the year 10’s who had taken a GCSE’s in sport . My group did gymnastics we had to make shapes to warm up with our eyes closed ,then for the main session we had to run up and then do a shape in mid air and land on a big thick soft mat . We did several sports at Cwmtawe . In my opinion I thought that gymnastics was the best because I liked the way we had to do a shape in mid air and land on a big soft mat . There were also other schools there and oveall we enjoyed the whole day.

Learning how light travels

A week ago we did a simple experiment on how light travels and how we did that was we got three pieces of card and we cut one hole in each piece of card then we used blue tac to stick the pieces of card down but the holes had to be central for it to work and then we got a torch and shone it through the holes and we found out that light travels really fast and in a straight line
