We are proud to be a Rights Respecting School, this means that most children are aware of ‘The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child’, or UNCRC and we have all worked together to achieved Silver award status.
Every month we focus on a different Right. Here are the rights we cover over a school year;

October: The right to healthy food
November: The right to be safe
December: The right to celebrate your own religion
January: The right to be healthy
February: The right to use your own language
March: The right to be the best you can be
April: The right to be listened to
May: The right to have information
June: The right to relax and play
July: The right to join groups and meet with friends
Out Right of the Month is displayed on all newsletters that produced.
